NOTICE
Evendale Councilmember John Ranz has notified the Mayor of the Village of Evendale that in order to protect his eligibility under the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System for future health insurance benefits, he will be resigning effective October 31, 2014, prior to the effective date of state legislation which may deprive him of those benefits. Councilmember Ranz has also requested that following his resignation, he be reappointed to Village Council pursuant to Article III, Section 7 of the Evendale Charter to serve the remainder of his term.
This Notice is provided in conformance with Revised Code 145.381. At the public meeting of Village Council at 7:00 p.m. on November 11, 2014, Council will consider and accept comments from the public with regard to the possible reappointment of Mr. Ranz which could be effective as of the December 9th meeting of Village Council.
